I want to know where I can redeem my buds?
I have been waiting for my s22plus to be order from supplier , there was no stock anywhere...just got it yesterday.

Kindly be advised that the promotions purchase offer period was from
1 April 2022 to 30 April 2022, the redemption period was from
1 April 2022 to 15 May 2022. Unfortunately, if the device was received after the promotional period then you will not be able to claim.

I just feel it's not right because I bought this device for the buds and it was out of my hands that the supplier had no stock !
