I have had the same experience with them and they keep telling me the same story over and over again when I asked about my order

absolutely BS I am calling them this morning to find out what's the deal....

did you come right with them? as I had sent out 4 emails and chatted via live chat with an agent. making a complaint,
got told that they all get sent out in batches.

i managed to get get hold for them suggested to collecting at store
