Hi Friends, 

Off late I have seen many people panicking that their pre-order offers/Samsung Galaxy Purchase Offers are not showing. I would like to request you guys not to be impatient or panic. Ideally the offers get activated after 72 hours of activation of the purchased device. So enjoy your newly owned Galaxies for few days before worrying about the offers. They will come in Shop app in due course of time. Call customer care or reach out to forum only if you don't see the offers even after 3 days (72 hours) of activation. 

Offers can be redeemed 72 hours later. It is clearly mentioned.

i bought the samsung galaxy s21 ,  there is lockdown in maharastra and it is likely to open after june  , i tried to redeem the offer but it said that the buds are not available for that pincode , i tried many addresses which were of my relatives  from mumbai to thane but none seem to work , so is it possible to redeem the offer after lockdown which is going to end after  a month , will it be available ? pls reply
