Soo, how long am I supposed to wait for the free tv Samsung said I qualified for? Been 8 weeks now and not a whisper from Samsung with regards to a delivery.

I send in my claim for the TV. and instead of a TV I received and R1000 voucher!!! not what was promised with the S20 deal....

Kindly review the claimed you had made if it is was for the Galaxy Note 20 TV promotion or for the R1000 voucher and if you had processed the TV claim indeed please email verify@samsung.com including confirmation email response after you had claimed the TV promo with the IMEI number, cellphone number advising on the email that you received what was not claimed for.
