Hi I pre-ordered the Note 20 from Vodafone on 20 August 2020, I received my device this morning and are not able to redeem the R4000 voucher. I only have the option to redeem a voucher for a uv sterilizer case. Any advice would be appreciated.
Hi. I got my Notes on Friday. I thereafter submitted the form for the e-voucher, which they said takes 48 to 72 hours to verify. This morning I contacted Samsung to check and they said the vouchers are no longer being given. We can only get the UV sanitizer with wireless charger... Promotion is from now till end September 2020. However under benefits, I can't seem to get that on my app as it still shows the one with the voucher.
Samsung is scaming us I've been waiting for my vouchers since 22nd August till today. when you call they just take you from pillar to post. won't support Samsung anymore 😕
