No benefits

Hi I purchased a new phone 2 days ago and its a samsung a32. I added a sim card yesterday but I have not been getting any benefits in the benefits area it says no content can someone pls help

Please bring the device to a Samsung Service Center to have it checked out by a technician.

Oh yeah I just had a chat with one of the guys at samsung and they said it's oy available for premium devices
