Good day,

I have not received my galaxy buds as yet since the middle of March.

This is very frustrating and disappointing.

Reference number 15114030804069UQW7.

Nobody responds to emails or answers the phone for the promotions department. It's almost as if they are non existent.

Do not advertise a promotion if it's a nightmare for customers to actually receive the gift.

Why give us promotions department contact information because they don't even bother answering us for me it's a full month now, I upgraded to s22 30 March. 🚮🙄
