After sending in my TV Licence and numerous mails and call. I am still waiting. Purchased S21 ultra in May. Looks like Samsung offices pocketed the TV.
I purchased two S21 5G handsets in March this year, I got the system generated voucher number and haven't heard a thing since then. Poor effort from Samsung but I see they're still aggressively marketing TVs and other electronic products and yet, people will still buy the stuff, because the word "free" is associated with it.
