Missing ENTERTAINER

HELP!! after the update it seems like i lost the galaxy entertainer, when i called they asked me to submit an error report which i did and i didnt here from them yet.. It was there just 5 mins before i lock my phone then it went missing!!!!

No entertainer? @samsung service care team what is going on as I can see everyone is complaining about the same issue.
Requesting you to provide a solution instead of referring to service center bcz it seems purely something related to software.
