I purchased Samsung Galaxy S20 back in March, however due to lockdown they got delivered on last week. After activation and waiting for 72 hours I have not got any offer to buy Galaxy buds for 3999. This was part of the offer when I purchased. I reached out to support, but no luck yet. Any direction or help someone can provide.
I am fully aware of terms and conditions. think you have not read what I wrote. I ordered on March 20th and it was delivered on June 8th as Samsung was unable to deliver. whom to blame ? who should honor the terms ?
reason I posted the query in the forum was to check if there are others like me and if they got any resolution. I am.still reaching out to Samsung, but their support is pathetic.
