Include Gboard in New Samsung Devices as a Pre-installed app

I know Samsung has its own keyboard installed in brand new phones but if Samsung can include chrome, youtube, playstore, playservices, gmail, gdrive etc, then why not include Gboard? I'm not saying to include it as a default keyboard but as a pre-installed option since gboard is a google product too
