Don't do advertise if you cannot deliver your product to client on time.

No One in Samsung Even Know about anything or committing any timeline for delivery. anyway i have booked S23 Ultra online addition on 2nd Feb with full payment.

One point of time i thought i got cheated by some hox application/ call center , Seriously this is very devastating things that company like Samsung not able to delivered as they promises.

I have tried to talk to Manager level at logistic support but they are all clueless about what are the things on back end going on. 

Seriously this phone will be last from samsung for my entire family. ( we own 9 active phone )

Samsung is worst in 5g department other brands phones supporting vonr and 5g+ carrier aggregation and not on Samsung phones

Note 20Ultra 5g phone doesn't support SA 5g network. Only NSA 5g is supported. In simple terms, it doesn't support Jio 5g but supports only Airtel and Vodafone.
That means fulfilling only half of its promise of giving 5g.

Samsung is fraud who doesn't care abt its premium Note 20 Ultra as no 5G SA support provided till date
