Hello good people I purchased Samsung device on November last month and there was watch and pods as gift I needed to claim, I did claim and I received email stating My claim was successful and I will receive my gift within 14 days but now it's been month and when i call Samsung department they don't answer phone I feel like I was scammed why would they promise things knowing they won't deliver?.

Hi can you make a follow up ,through their website or email or calling them with a different line, and also going back to where you purchased that device
Provide them with your proof of purchase, claim reference number, and any emails or messages you received.

I'm also having some problem but on the cateloq they don't say watch and ear buds you apply it now my question is why the but it on the cateloq but knowing that the just want to scam poor people that went to the store because of their promotion on the cateloq on Saturday I'm taking the phone back to the store

Am also having the same problem. They scammed us .but it's unfair and false advertising they must be sued such nonsense
