Sure,
At Samsung, Gen Z Lab is an organization made up of and for Gen Z. Our mission is to sense Gen Z trends and emerging sentiments largely through immersive/experiential, real-life research, and interactive communication with our target demographic. Gen Z Lab insights will be informing and influencing every aspect of the Samsung brand, product lineup, and culture, driving powerful change within the company.

*Position*

As a Gen Z Lab member, you will be out in the field, keeping a hand on the pulse of the trendiest events/spaces/products significant to Gen Z and raising awareness of them back at the company. A successful candidate for this position will combine exceptional creative and analytical capabilities with effective communication and storytelling.



*Job Responsibilities:*

1) Step outside of the office to explore events/spaces/products and experiences popular with Gen Z. Monitor online trends and data to generate real-time, accurate insights on Gen Z consumers.
2) Publish Gen Z trend reports based on field research covering culture, content, influencers, purchasing behavior, and emerging channels and platforms.
3) Generate ideas for key products, services, multi-device experiences, marketing, and brand partnerships and collaborations that appeal to the Gen Z demographic.
4) Provide feedback and acceptance verification for marketing, services, and products from a Gen Z perspective.
5) Identify and prioritize areas of opportunity across online/offline customer touchpoints and provide creative input.
Projects- Develop collaboration projects that are rare and can excite Gen Z
6) Create authentic Gen Z-centric creative content across all channels.
