Galaxy s21 offers

There is some offer going on buying s21 series smartphone and get galaxy buds pro at Rs.990 and it can be redeemed at Samsung shop app for all those who buys within this period.

But till now there is nothing happening in samsung shop app.

Not sure when will it be active and can be redeemed on samsung shop app..

Any views or comments?

Ya its really sad and pathetic from samsung. How are you guys keeping tab and record of all conversations with samsung? I mean, if they said to check on Tuesday now, is it just verbal or written message ?

It was on call...they give different answers every time I contact them...even the sales executive from the store I bought it from called the internal team multiple times...but they haven't got a definite answer. Samsung service really **bleep** and here I thought Apple was worst.

What i am doing is writing mails..a lot. May not matter but in case they fail to fulfill orders after a month, these mails can help. Suggest you all to keep writing mails. May help!
