Galaxy buds

Has anyone had luck redeeming the galaxy buds? Got my phone yesterday and done the soft reset step and I've also tried clearing of cache but still the redeem option isn't on the page. Couldn't contact customer service via text. It says serve under maintenance

having the very same problem, one of the driving factors why i got this phone was because of the buds and now i can't find how to claim them.

yes. right after submitting. but didn't get an email

its my dads I couldn't redeem because the benefit is no longer there
