Just got a message today that samsung is busy packing my free gift,and asked me what color I prefer🔥🤸🏻🤸🏻yay!!. Still struggling with the R1000 voucher though, tellus@samsung still assume I did not use my original email address for the samsung members and also did not Click on count me in,which I did do correctly as on 5 January already ,send a replay 2 days ago,still waiting....

True ,all of a sudden got a message saying my order is rejected, because they couldn't see my imei clearly,I have sent several requests, so I'm not sure if it was the 1 sent first that maybe appeared to be unclear,hope to get clarification tomorrow! Use to chat or call feature to communicate. Emails take too long to get a response and its a back and forth process.

It's very unfortunate that such a big company has such poor customer service. The claim process for these gifts are poorly thought out. There should be an option for you to collect it from a Samsung or Network Operator store instead, but they'll make us claim from the members app with no guarantee of anything arriving.

Did you try the chat feature? Its usually quicker. But most of the times they tell you to email the Tellus or Verify Team.

**bleep**. When I use to email, they also ignored me until I started attaching my proof of purchase, IMEI, Congratulatory email, Network Provider. Then only they would respond. Wasn't a good response since they haven't even sent out the buds+ from the s20 ultra pre-order promotion till this day.

They have processed some vouchers. Received mine on Thursday (5 days after I claimed the buds - so it does take time). On whichever email you received the "Hi, you're getting this because you are epic" email, that is the email that'll be matched to the email you used to redeem your buds. If both emails are same, they will send the voucher by way of email and SMS.
