Hi can someone please explain why I have not received any feedback or a CITD number although I purchased my A51 and claimed the buds+ voucher but have been not contacted and given any feedback explaining why I am instructed to email a million different email addresses which I have done and provided all documentation but still have no response from Samsung I've opened several callback requests as well and nothing informative has come of it and I need my CITD number confirming everything because the redemption ends soon. Please assist

what documents were incorrect exactly? the redemption is almost over and know I am eligible so I would like to know what exactly was incorrect for it to be rejected so I can resubmit and redeem please assist.
