Does anyone know how I can follow up on the progress of my application for the Galaxy Tab S6 Light?
I registered, got my confirmation email and silence after that. 
I've tried calling (no answer) and emailing (no response).

Same with me. Got the voucher, no tablet. Mailed, no response. Calling today.

All the best Celana, but I wouldn't get my hopes up if I were you.
Those phones ring none stop.
I love Samsung as a brand but I really do wish that they would put in more work on their customer support...

Hi Nicky,
Those numbers are never answered and no feedback comes back from that email address.
I have at least gotten a response when I emailed tellus@samsung.com, but even then you get one response a day... I very much doubt the rest of the world gets customer service this bad
