Hi guys. To those that was able to claim your Tab A8 from MTN with the pre order promo, have you received the tab yet or any feedback? So far I haven't heard anything again after i received my confirmation email
I received the claim reference number and confirmation that "Delovery Partner will deliver in 7-14 working days. I've called the number on the confirmation mail numerous times - get put into call centre queue for 5 - 25 minutes, so I terminated the calls and have also sent 5 e-mail queries and have yet to even receive acknowledgement of the e-mail. I've now posted the above on Faacebook to hopefully get some attention.
I have also sent numerous emails without any response. Way past the 14 days. Phoned the number on the confirmation email only to be told that they do not run the promo and don't know why their email and telephone number is on the email? My matter was escalated and assured that I will be phoned back. Needless to say, I am still waiting.... MTN says it is Samsung and Samsung says it is MTN.....
I also have gotten the confirmation email but now been a month since no response almost impossible to get ahold of the call center no reply on email I did get through the other day they said they waiting for higher management to sign it off which makes no sense as it should have been signed off the day the decided to run the promo
