Galaxy Note 20 Ultra - Earbuds

I bought a Galaxy Note 20 Ultra in September 2020 and I put in a claim for the Earbuds, I made several follow up calls where I would be given reference numbers and advised that someone will  get back to me. It's been 5 months now that I have been waiting for these Earbuds. It's very important for a brand as big as your to not sell your customers lies.
