I never purchased "the ENTERTAINER" app nor have I downloaded the app but I have received promotional emails about it and a friend of mine has one so I'm familiar with it. I was checking the Benefit section and I saw this there. Made me wonder...

*What's the difference between "the ENTERTAINER" and "Galaxy ENTERTAINER" app?

*When I first clicked "Browse" it feels as if it automatically registered me and made an account for me using my Samsung member account. Is that the case?

* Will I be charge for membership?

Hello,

It is free when you buy a Galaxy phone. It will be available for free one year from the release of the model. Galaxy Entertainer is basically Entertainer but is offered to Samsung Galaxy Users.

please help me may be note 10plus is not compatible with with the galaxy entertainer? or how can I solve my issue.. it gives me an error message after I downloaded and trying to set up

I have Samsung S10 and don't have Samsung entertainer in benefits list and I cleared data and stuff but nothing it's useless want your help !

I'm sorry but I didn't download it. I only browse through the benefit section here in the samsung member app.
