I'm not sure whether I'm being very impatient or whether theres some major backlog of claim for the Buds Lives that are part of the S22 and S22+ pre-order promo.
Was wondering whether anyone else has waited almost a week and still didn't recieve any feedback after the claim confirmation email
UPDATE:
It has taken a while but I did end up getting an email confirming my claim to be successful and that delivery will be scheduled with whatever courier they're using.
I guess it just takes a while for admin to process the info, typical admin eyy?
Maaan, I really hope it doesn't end with me waiting till after the promo period for them to tell me that they've run out of stock and that I'm not eligible to claim the buds anymore :c
Same, I emailed support though and got a response telling me that my claim was successful though and that I will be getting the Buds Live, I just wish there were a way to track it or easier way to request feedback
