Samsung deliver my Galaxy Buds, its been 6 months already, otherwise this whole thing is a scam and it needs to be reported. YOU CANT OPERATE LIKE THIS!! YOUR BRAND WILL TAKE A KNOCK!

as I said on my post very poor customer services from samsung spending that amount of money that phone and still have to spend airtime and your time to claim something that should be given to you upon your purchase that is really **bleep**

we need to report them somewhere guys, they can't keep thriving off false advertising. In some cases people only buy that particular phone because of the free galaxy buds, otherwise a different decision could have been made.

where can we report them?

I got mine via courrier on about 5 days after I upgraded my phone. but now I'm waiting for the item I purchased with my Samsung members voucher.
