Can anyone confirm if Galaxy Buds Offer is available if exchange or EMI offer is availed ?

I called customer care oh this, they said its not applicable. They changed the rules this week only internally it seems. when u use Exchange or EMI, this offer cannot be availed. But iam fighting  as i ordered the S20 on may 31st itself, so i should be eligible.

Lets see, between you used HDFC cashback option ? along with exchange? i feel in this also only one is applicable. But they didnt mention this clearly in terms and conditions. Clear marketing stratergy.
