Free TV promotion

I have claimed the TV promotion on purchasing my Note 20, received a claim number and further not one word  about this claim . Not good service

kindly be advised that the based on the promotions that Samsung had for the TV claim was only valid to MTN and Vodacom and not Telkom service provider.

check under your vouchers it is only for note 20 and note 20 ultra

I bought a Note 20 Ultra. There is no voucher and according to the instructions on Samsung website, it must be under Benefits on this app. There is no link as described.
