I have tried registering for the Air galazy air buds but at the end it reads "OBJECT OBJECT" 

Can someone please help?

Where have you tried doing the registering? On Samsung's website or through an Online Store?

Anyway if the problem persists, then try contacting Samsung support team, they'll handle it for you.

Please advise which model did you purchase and where are you trying to submit your claim?

You should submit your claim from your members app;

Access the Samsung Members application.
Log in and click on the Galaxy A/S Series promotional banner.
Complete the form with your personal details and proof of purchase.
Once the form has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email.
