Entertainer

Entertainer is missing from the samsung members benefits ever since July 2022

Not sure why this has happened, checked the same on my cousins phone who are using note 10 and note 10+ respectively and they have the Entertainer on it.

Any tips on how to get this sorted.

Samsung called me and said that they're having an issue with the Entertainer and will be resolved in their next update

@samsung I did visit the service centre and they told me that the contract between samsung and entertainer has expired and the same has not been renewed.
But it's strange that my cousins who are using the recently old models still have the entertainer on it
