If you can't access Entertainer please try:
1- Open device settings
2- Apps
3- Samsung members
4- Force stop
5- Storage
6- Clear cache
7- Clear data
After that, please make sure you are using a local UAE SIM card only along with the Samsung account that has been created in the UAE and opens the Samsung members app normally from the home screen and tap benefits and check for the Enterntainer.
