I purchased the note 20 ultra on the 22nd. And claimed the R4000 voucher. But haven't heard anything back? How long did I take for yours?

I read the T's and C's on the Telkom website, it said that pre-order offer is only valid until the 23rd of Aug... And then again, only the first 6000 customers will be able to get the R4000 voucher, and it must be claimed before 6 Sep...
