Since 1 and 1/2 months I cannot check for new updates on Google play store. It always shows this error even though I am connected to WiFi or mobile data!!!
If anyone knows the solution pls tell🙏🙏.
Go to app info and clear the cache . After clearing the cache check once if still prb exist than again go to app info click on the top ryt 3 dots nd Uninstal updates. Whn u restart play store automatically new update will come and it will work normally. If prb is pls mark this as solution by clicking on the 3 dots .
Removing Cache won't affect the data and removing updates too. I too done. (Don't clear data ,only clear cache,if still prb exist thn remove updates)
