G'morning users 
This post is directed at the folks that are empowered to assist Samsung customers when they're not happy with the service levels they're getting. I did a rough-cut analysis of complaints from the beginning of October to now and personally I think its atrocious (on this Forum). Under the Promotions topic, there were 42 complaints in October and 41 complaints in November. 
These are complaints from loyal customers who have spent a lot of money on a product and are more than likely repeat customers. Whilst the advertising efforts on App are good, a lot more promotion information and customer service channels need to be CLEARLY explained so that customers are aware of what they are letting themselves in for. 
The Marketing folks at Samsung really need to raise their game (A lot). You can do better than this. Let's see some improvements.
