In the Samsung members app go to the 'Benefit' tab, close to the bottom was the option to redeem. Click it and go through the steps, fill in your details on the form and you will get a ref no, screen shot and keep a copy, in case you need to verify that you redeemed in time. Your buds will normally be sent to you in 2-4 weeks
