I recently purchase Note 20 ultra 5G and not getting the complimentary 1 year free samsung care plus. Literally, I am reading it the advertisement promotion erroneously? Seriously guys, anybody experience the same thing..better check your Note 20 online as you not aware and the 30days over finding out that you are not getting the extra warranty coverage from samsung care plus...and it seems that nobody cares..
Complimentary Samsung Care+ has to be claimed within 30 days from the first use of the device. For more info, please contact our call center or visit any of our brandshops.
contacted your call center (now the 5th times) and again telling me that expire last dec.07. I appreciate if u can initiate from there and forward the same message to your samsung team..
