Buds2 Pro claim email confirmation

Hi,

I redeemed my Buds2 Pro a few days ago however I still haven't recieved an email to confirm. I did however get a reference upon completion. Should I be worried that it wasn't processed and re do it?

Hi I just done my registration let me know if you get yours I also got a email upon registration with reference number .
