Is there anyone on here who successfully claimed the buds with the Samsung promo?

No it looks like a scam. I went to purchase the contract at telkom. Went there with the promotional email that samsung sent. Took the phone with the watch. Been fighting for 2 weeks trying to claim my buds. With all the proof I've sent. They still reply with the same email. Just different senders

It's ridiculous!!! So looks like it's luck of the draw... I went through the community chat and about 3 people said they received them? Scam and sales gimmic. You cam phone Promotions and hold for 20 mins with no answer. I really don't know what to do any more
