Hi. I am struggling to redeem my free live buds with Galaxy A54. Tried to redeem on Members, claim unsuccessful. The email adress for resubmission not found. Please help

Why don't you go back to where you bought the phone and ask them to assist?

It will make sense if it was the service provider gave the buds away. Unfortunately it's a Samsung give away and if you already tried to claim it, you can't resubmit via the app

This is exactly my problem. I submitted the claim on the app, but proof of purches was wrong, email said I must resubmit, but the email adress keeps failing delivery. And you can't submit more that once with the same IEMI nr. I would just like some way to communicate with them..

Ahw **bleep** it. I came to the conclusion that I my phone is dual sim and the sim slots have different IEMI numbers and just the one is on the till slip
