Hi. I am struggling to redeem my free live buds with Galaxy A54. Tried to redeem on Members, claim unsuccessful. The email adress for resubmission not found. Please help

Just submitted my claim. Within an hour, it was approved.

The problem is not the details itself. They said I must get an invoice aka till slip with my name on it? Needless to say after a month of harassing them. Sending mail after mail. Bouncing from one department to the next. You simply get no reply? So I through a tantrum on Twitter got a confirmation mail yesterdag and delivery today? Point is why do some get responses asap and the rest of us must go through a tedious loophole of non communication
