It been a week or two since I claimed my buds lives for my s22+ and haven't received them till this day, is there any way to track the buds or can we just go claim them at the Samsung store

They advised delivery is 7-14 working days. There must be a serious backlog. But I know the frustration **bleep**

Only after emailing samsung to ask about the buds did they let me know that my claim was successful, awaiting feedback on delivery as well.
I assume it has to do with how many channels have to be gone through to authenticate that you in fact own that device bought from that particular vendor.
Or maybe it's just because administrative processes here are just hella slow.

Same here, I even emailed them 4days back and I am still waiting for a reply it's now 12days after purchase and claim.
