Hello, i was waiting for so long for my birthday to receive a Samsung Shop discount code, but unfortunately no email was received and i checked every folder possible.
I tried their customer support, it's from where i knew about birthday discount. But they sent me from Email to Chat and from Chat to Email. So i decided to check here
Why did the customer service representative tell me to wait for Birthday Discount then? I delayed everything waiting for it. And then i didn't receive any discount
