hi guys

I made a purchase and needed to claim my free gifts from samsung.... did all that received a mail stating that the claim was successful and delivery will done in 7 to 14 days.. till date nothing has come.... i have contacted them they said there could b a delay as there were alot of claims but it has been sent out to the courier.. tracking number given says not found.

Anyone experiencing the same?

I tried to claim the black Friday gift but was unsuccessful. Pictures could not be uploaded. That's how I lost out.
