Samsung,  its been more than 2weeks now since I had an issue with receiving any sort of feed back with regards to redeeming my ear buds. 

All I get is we have escalated your issue to the relevant department.  NOT good enough Samsung.

Bjorn, I lodge it twice....that is the response..same all same...iv received the same from the message when complaining on Facebook app Messenger. Samsung just don't care.
