Apps crushing and not responding

I used samsung galaxy A72 . Samsung say that it's samsung A series most premium smartphone but its crush and apps like YouTube , Gallery . Device carebAnd other apps . Samsung can receive September  update in A72 the most premium smartphone😔 . Now samsung can not add A72 in october security patches update list and November end and start of December samsung update its December list and can not add A72😑 why samsung can not add A72 why Samsung can not receive one 3.1.1 and can not provide one ui 4 beta update  why Samsung😷😒😒 I love samsung ui but I very disappointed and hirt😔😔😌
