Click benefits and follow the procedure to redeem your voucher. It started from 9th april in Pakistan.

No idea, I contacted their support but it said you can't call them after 6pm. I'll contact them tomorrow and update you on this situation. For now we're just waiting.

Called them, first they told me to clear cache of Samsung Members app then restart the device. Did that, but that didn't help so called again, they asked for some information and said they'll escalate the issue to relevant teams and told me to wait. That's about all that happened.

Surely should, i was able to redeem my voucher on friday. If there are still no vouchers tomorrow, you may call support centre again.
