After the entertainer problem I face a new one with the OSN+ offer you give promotion for free six months and today I received a message to tell me that they cut the monthly amount from my credit after one month can you tell me what happens

I received "refund in process" email from one month. It suppose to credit to my account before 20 days. I asked them about and the says they will check for the delay, that was 10 days ago.
This is the worst experience I had with Samsung benefits. Did anyone gets a real refund?
