Samsung is pushing hard into the 6G era with something called AI-RAN (AI-radio access network). Basically, it’s AI running inside base stations so the network can predict, optimize and even fix itself in real time. That means smoother connections, less lag and even better battery life for us.
They’ve already tested it at MWC 2025 and results look promising, faster, more stable and more efficient. Samsung also set up an AI-RAN Lab to speed up development, so this is moving quickly.
