Goto Youtube app from accounts tap help and feedback and report them about the issue

For now clear the data and cache ( This way some space will be free for youtube ) of youtube app than relogin using your gmail id .. from phone settings - apps select Youtube and goto permissions and enable the permission such as PHONE / TELEPHONY , STORAGE and Location ( This will allow Youtube to access phone space as well as external storage )
