Dear samsung,

I would like to inform you that your latest update of android 10 one ui 2.0 in Samsung A50 is worst ...after update my mobile i am facing so many problems...apps opening problems, game not open, my mobile work slow, and my fav. Game pubg is not open...dear please fixed all problem as soon as possible.....

Mobile is not a gaming device especially a mid ranger. If you constantly play games and side load heavy apps, this is bound to happen. Get yourself a PC or a Console if you wanna game like crazy.

kindly read my post i am saying before update my mobile work good but after after its work slowly and apps open problem......

Try doing a factory reset. It might help in certain cases.

Please be assured and to resolve (pubg) issue kindly follow the given below steps:

 

1) Check device in safe mode: Press and hold the Power key, when Power off icon appears >Press and hold the power off icon.
Exit safe mode: Hold the power button and select restart on the device.
2) Reset the device: settings >General Management > Tap on Reset.
Note: Before reset make sure to have back up of the data via Smart Switch Mobile App
(Install Smart Switch App > Open > Click on Memory Card Icon >Back Up option > Choose the data for Back up > Back Up).

 

Note :  Check device cache: Settings >Device care >Storage > Clean now.
For a particular application: Settings > Apps > Pick the app that you like to clear off the cache memory. For example 'Samsung Internet' >Storage > Clear Cache.
