My phone is vibrating randomly for no cause although accessbility services are being off. Can any one slove my problem?

is it happening 1 to 3 times every 10 sec??

not that often..but it vibrating 1 time for every half an hour

once I had this problem after I accidentally opened a pop up ad in a third party browser
but it was solved after I uninstalled and reinstalled the app
