J7 max has been given only 2 major upgrades where as all others were given 3 major os upgrades. I guess the reason behind it is that hardware of J7 max doesnot have that much power to handle one ui 1.1 atleast(Sadly it has a very old mediatek chipset). As it is a 3 year old phone by now, there would be no possibility of it being in the list of security updates also! Donot expect any more updates for it.
